Rhadow, DJ W!LD, Cesare vs Disorder, Jackspot and Of Norway feature on a new deep tech compilation by Suleiman Records titled, Sampler ‘Vol. 1.’

Sampler Vol. 1 is an impressive selection of tracks that cover the full range of deep tech styles. It’s also a bittersweet release, as it’s announced to be the final offering from Suleiman Records, which is a Canadian record label run by Darem Aissa.

Each of the five tracks on this release, exemplifies Suleiman Records to ensure the imprint goes out on a high.

Rhadow is a Romanian artist at the heart of the ROminimal movement, and his track “Collider” has a rolling bassline underpinning slick percussion and atmospheric vocals.

DJ W!LD is a French deep tech icon who for over two-decades has helped define the genre, and his track “Sur Le Fil” has shuffling drums propelling luscious pads.

Brazil-based, Cesare vs Disorder is a Suleiman Records favourite, making his fourth appearance on the record label. His trippy track, “Come Back” has throbbing sub-bass and breakbeat percussion fused with trippy vocals by Joe Le Groove.

Jackspot is a Portuguese talent who can often be found releasing melodic music on prestigious imprints ranging from Traum to Bar 25. His track, “Elypsia” pays homage to classic minimal such as Oxia’s “Domino,” utilising powerful melodies placed within a stripped back groove.

Of Norway are a Norwegian duo best known for melodic tracks on record labels such as Last Night On Earth and Bedrock. Their track, “Liquid Velvet” closes the release with a cascading bassline and jazzy chords leading into a dazzling breakdown section.
