While much of Ibiza prepares to call time on summer, Chinois Ibiza is keeping the dancefloor moving throughout October with residency closings, one-off parties and a packed run of events stretching into November.
Ibiza’s closing season is no longer confined to one frantic weekend.
Chinois has unveiled an extensive October programme that will see the Marina Botafoch club host the final dates of several of its 2026 residencies alongside appearances from Kerri Chandler, Guy Gerber, Maceo Plex, Ricardo Villalobos, Butch, Dennis Ferrer, Claptone, Bedouin, Bambounou, Melon Bomb and more.
The month begins with Major League DJz bringing “Echoes of Tomorrow” to the club on Friday 2 October, before Claptone’s “The Masquerade” returns on Saturday 3 October.
Sunday 4 October sees Bedouin close their SAGA residency with the “Garden of Unearthly Delights”, joined by Guy Gerber and Nandu.
La Troya follows with its closing party on Monday 5 October, while Maceo Plex takes control for a special Chinois Presents event on Tuesday 6 October alongside Raxon and Bruz.
Mahmut Orhan brings his residency to a close on Wednesday 7 October before one of the strongest house line-ups of the month arrives the following night.
DEFECTED FOREVER CLOSING
Thursday 8 October marks the conclusion of Defected’s debut season at Chinois.
Dennis Ferrer, Delilah, Kerri Chandler and Sam Divine are among those lined up for the final “Defected Forever” party of the summer.
Major League DJz then close their first Ibiza season at the venue on Friday 9 October, while Claptone returns for the closing edition of “The Masquerade” on Sunday 11 October alongside Franky Wah.
TRIP RETURNS FOR CLOSING SEASON
Chinois favourite TRIP also returns for its now traditional end-of-season run.
Following its opening date on 30 September, the underground party returns on 14 October with Magda, Tania Vulcano, Hugo Martinez, Jonny Rock, O.Bee and Tomas Station.
A further date on 24 October features Traumer, Arapu, Cesar Vinczent and Isbel, before TRIP returns once more on 1 November with Ricardo Villalobos, Sonya Moonear and Maher Daniel.
COME TO BUTCH
Friday 16 October sees Butch bring his debut Ibiza residency to a close.
The final “Come To Butch” of the season brings together Butch, Toman, Bambounou and Carl Bergé.
It follows a strong summer for the party at Chinois and arrives shortly after the release of Butch & Santos’ “Come Get Up”, a record that has become one of Butch’s key selections throughout the season.
CHINOIS OFFICIAL SUMMER CLOSING
The following night, Saturday 17 October, Chinois stages its official 2026 Summer Closing Party.
Guy Gerber heads the bill alongside Camilo Franco, Emanuel Satie B2B Baron and Nadja as the club officially draws a line under its fifth summer season.
But even then, Chinois isn’t quite finished.
HALLOWEEN WEEKEND
Meneito returns on Friday 30 October before Chinois transforms for Halloween on Saturday 31 October.
Cuartero, Ibiza favourites Melon Bomb, Manu Gonzalez and Lau provide the soundtrack, with the club receiving a full Halloween makeover for the weekend.
TRIP then supplies the final chapter on Sunday 1 November with Ricardo Villalobos, Sonya Moonear and Maher Daniel.
With Ibiza’s traditional closing period continuing to stretch further into autumn, Chinois appears determined to make October a genuine extension of the clubbing season rather than simply its final few nights.
Located within Ibiza Gran Hotel in Marina Botafoch, Chinois is open from 23:30 until 06:30.
