Boy’s Own legend Terry Farley hooks up with London-based veteran Wade Teo for a set of remixes of the Kate Jackson fronted Corselette track ‘Don’t Doubt Your Power’.
UK house mainstay Terry Farley links once again with Wade Teo for a set of remixes of Corselette’s Don’t Doubt Your Power, a project produced by Heaven 17’s Martyn Ware. The combination brings together classic UK house heritage with a more modern studio touch.
The NYC Club Mix leads with a rolling bass loop and steady, deep-set drums, gradually opening out into warm chords and light, melodic touches. It sits comfortably in that crossover space between late 90s house and Balearic-leaning grooves, with a focus on feel rather than impact.
The House Vocal Mix adds a little more weight to the rhythm, tightening the drums while keeping the vocal front and centre. It remains smooth throughout, with enough presence to carry later moments without losing its laid-back character.
The instrumental rounds things out with a more stripped feel, letting the groove and musical elements breathe without the vocal.
A clean and functional set of mixes that lean into warmth and musicality, with enough flexibility to work across different points in a set.
