A landmark season of legends, innovators and rising stars prepares to reshape London nightlife.
Ministry of Sound has unveiled the first wave of artists set to launch its historic 35th Anniversary Programme, kicking off a year-long celebration for one of the most influential club institutions on the planet. The announcement signals a defining moment for the London powerhouse as it steps into 2026 with bold plans to reinvent the club’s iconic space and elevate the dancefloor experience for a new generation.
Since opening in 1991, Ministry of Sound has shaped the DNA of global club culture. Its 35th year marks both a celebration of legacy and a forward looking leap into the future, blending heritage programming with innovative and genre spanning curation.
A season led by pioneering artists and next generation talent
Headlining the opening months are names that have shaped entire eras of electronic music. House titans Ron Trent, Joe Claussell and Tony Humphries join global favourites Pete Tong, Kölsch, Darius Syrossian and Eats Everything. These artists have played a pivotal role in defining London’s musical identity, reinforcing Ministry’s status as a blueprint for club culture worldwide.
Alongside the legends, the club continues to champion the cutting edge of London’s underground. Lauren Lo Sung brings her rolling house sound. Fiorella pushes deep and minimal flavours into fresh territory. Riva Starr and Matrefakt deliver high energy house and tech pressure. Konstantin Sibold steps in with his acclaimed melodic approach, while UKG icons Zed Bias and Artful Dodger represent the genre’s foundation. Mak 10 and Marcus Nasty carry the torch for grime, UK funky and bass culture.
New residencies and cross genre showcases
2026 introduces Blink, a new Friday concept championing melodic and afro house. Launched with Louder, it begins on Friday 30 January with afro house favourite &Friends. The series reflects the club’s mission to spotlight emerging sounds and global influences, aligning with its evolving and forward thinking vision.
Club Director Matt Long says:
“Everyone at Ministry of Sound is incredibly proud of what we’ve built over the last 35 years, the nights, the artists, the energy that has defined London’s sound. But we are also thinking ahead, about what the club could become over the next 30 years. Next year marks the start of that chapter.”
