Pacha New York signals a major revival for Brooklyn nightlife, uniting international headliners, local talent and a 50 year legacy of dance culture under one roof.
Brooklyn’s iconic Brooklyn Mirage is set to enter a bold new chapter in 2026, reemerging as Pacha New York following a landmark partnership between FIVE Holdings and Avant Gardner. The transformation signals a major cultural reset for one of New York’s most recognisable electronic music venues, positioning it as a globally connected yet locally rooted platform for dance culture.
Under a long term agreement, FIVE Holdings will assume full operational management of the Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall complex. The move combines Avant Gardner’s deep ties to New York’s underground scene with Pacha’s five decade legacy at the forefront of global nightlife. The result is Pacha New York, a new evolution of the legendary brand shaped by over 50 years of dancefloor history.
Launching its inaugural season from June through October 2026, Pacha New York promises a programme that brings international headliners and homegrown talent together on the same stage. The summer run will feature world class electronic artists, Grammy winning performers and large scale shows rarely seen in the city, delivered with ambitious production values designed to match the venue’s renewed vision.
Outside of the summer season, the soon to be upgraded Great Hall will operate year round as a multi genre performance space, supporting live acts and forward thinking sounds across electronic and beyond. Despite its global outlook, Pacha New York is set to remain firmly anchored in Brooklyn, with ongoing collaborations involving local artists, collectives and promoters ensuring the venue reflects the community that shaped its legacy.
Kabir Mulchandani, Chairman and Chief Executive of FIVE Holdings, described the move as a defining moment for the group. He highlighted New York’s cultural influence on a global scale and positioned Pacha New York as a statement of intent, signalling long term ambition and a commitment to shaping the future of entertainment through culturally meaningful destinations.
Andrew Axelrod, CEO and CIO of Axar Capital, welcomed the agreement following a challenging period for Avant Gardner in 2025. He noted that the partnership with FIVE and Pacha represents a restoration of the venue as a beloved destination for music fans, with the aim of elevating it to new heights while maintaining its core identity.
At its heart, Pacha New York represents a renewed belief in nightlife as a powerful cultural force. A space where global icons, underground pioneers and New York’s creative communities can come together, it marks the beginning of a new chapter in a legacy that has connected people on dancefloors for more than 50 years.
The 1st season of Pacha New York will run from June – October 2026.
