South African artist Shazz delivers two serene deep cuts on ‘Frequency Frontier’, out now on Dealt With Records.

Smooth, soulful, and deeply rooted in the sounds of deep house, South African DJ, producer, and music curator Shazz is carving out her own lane with effortless style. Whether she’s spinning sun-soaked grooves at a rooftop session in Johannesburg or laying down late-night vibes in Cape Town, her sets are a masterclass in mood and flow.

Recognised early on by heavyweights like Vinny Da Vinci and DJ Christos, Shazz has earned her stripes across the country, holding her own alongside some of the biggest names in the scene. From intimate club spaces to larger festival stages, she brings a warmth and depth to the decks that sticks with you long after the lights come up.

With standout appearances on underground favourites like Tequilla Gang and and this debut EP dropping via Scotland’s Dealt With Records, Shazz is stepping into a new chapter, one that’s already turning heads. Keep this one on your radar; her deep, soulful touch is only just getting started.

‘Synthesia’ is a stripped back, groove enthused number with bulbous bass tones coupled with off kilter synth melodies and swollen string lines. Delicate piano notes flavour this ominous, dark groove that drives deep into the dance floors heart.

‘Infinite Frequencies’ is spacious, deep dubbed out groove, with beautiful piano leads, low slung bass lines and laid back drum sequences. Machine soul, mechanical deep house with a human heart, we loved both offerings.
